Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is successful.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes, contact us at support@verostudioz.com as soon as possible. We can only modify orders that haven't been processed yet, which is usually within 1-2 business days during our operating hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM).

Q: Do you offer student or bulk discounts?
A: We occasionally run promotions and sales. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about special offers.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is completely free on all orders within the UK, with no minimum purchase required.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. We need 1-2 days to process your order, then 6-8 days for delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status on our tracking page.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at support@verostudioz.com. We'll work with our carriers to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes detailed size information. When in doubt, we recommend going up one size as our pieces tend to run slightly fitted.

Q: What if the item doesn't fit?
A: No worries! You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it's unused, unworn, in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Are your clothes true to the photos?
A: We do our best to show accurate colors and details, but lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear. If you're not happy with your purchase, our return policy has you covered.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Material details are listed on each product page. We focus on comfortable, durable fabrics that hold up well to regular wear and washing.

Q: What's your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from delivery to return items. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. You pay return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. It then takes 3-5 additional days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Q: What items can't be returned?
A: For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or earrings. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are also excluded. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Q: How should I care for my Vero Studioz pieces?
A: Care instructions are included with every item and listed on product pages. Generally, we recommend washing in cool water and air drying when possible to maintain fabric quality.

Q: Do your items shrink?
A: Most of our pieces are pre-shrunk, but natural fibers can shrink slightly if washed in hot water or put in the dryer. Always follow the care label instructions.
